High Season:

• Idul Fitri Holiday: 26 Aug 2011 – 5 Sep 2011
• Christmas and New Year Holiday: 23 Dec 2011 – 3 Jan 2012

Terms and Conditions:

• 7 days full payment for reservation made for normal season period
• 14 days full payment for reservation made for high season period
• In the event of cancellation, 7 days for normal season and 14 days for high season prior to arrival date, the reservation will subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the value of full room charge
• No show as well as early departure will subject to a fee equivalent to the value of full room charge
• The rates for long stay are exclusive of cleaning service and electricity bill. Cleaning service can be provided for additional charge of Rp.200.000/month. Electricity will be billed according to usage
